I am Jo, I am the Director Consultant at Yellow Bee. I started the company after a career working in bigger organisation, within the Human Resource and Recruitment sector. I began my career in Construction temps and then through to Commercial perm. Which gave me a strong background across the board of Recruitment. I then continued in Human Resources. Having the background in Recruitment, really built a strong foundation for my career in HR. My background enables me to match the right people in the right roles and then ensure a long term employee engagement with the business.
